What is STARBASE Nebraska?

STARBASE Nebraska provides a “hands on – minds on” Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) curriculum for Lincoln area 5th Grade students throughout the school year. In addition, a summer camp for the children of Nebraska National Guards members and Nebraska military personnel is held each year.

Our program incorporates STEM learning, teamwork, career exploration, and self esteem building through exciting learning activities and one to one interactions with professional educators and military personnel. By providing innovative educational and enrichment activities we hope to spark the interest of youth in STEM content areas.
